Our customers value us for our creativity and the sense of pragmatism that only comes from experience. This is why we offer 2D or 3D renderings, combined with a feasibility assessment. We view this as a first step, to improve understanding of the proposed product and see how it will work with your brand. We also offer graphic and motion design.

Long years of experience and extensive travel over time have honed our ability to select the best factories. These are chosen on the basis of strict criteria, in line with our requirements and those of our customers. It is essential that our factories have been audited to guarantee good working conditions for their employees, spotless cleanliness and an ecological strategy that is constantly refined to ensure increasing awareness of environmental protection. In most cases, we require factories to have had a Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) audit. We are uncompromising when it comes to supplying high-quality products. That's why it's important for us to work on a prototype or to see in advance the item that we are going to mark with your brand identity. Where we need to develop a prototype, our knowledge and familiarity with the process mean we can produce a very high-quality product at the first attempt and therefore proceed with confidence. Sometimes, and if necessary, we will monitor production directly at the factory. In all cases, we carry out quality control once production is complete, prior to shipping.

We manage all aspects of importing and re-exporting your goods by working with carefully selected partners and drawing on our extensive experience in the field. We can also deliver to our customers’ various branches abroad. Where possible, and for environmental reasons, we prefer to ship goods from China by train. Often, we receive the goods in Switzerland at the premises of one of our partners close to our offices for a final check before delivering to our customers.

In our view, all materials should now come from the circular economy. It is also important that none of the materials used should contain harmful substances.
